Keep a Compelling Scoreboard: Create an intuitive scoreboard that allows team members to understand progress in real time, stimulating their sense of participation and urgency.

Establish a Regular Accountability Meeting: Conduct regular check-in meetings to ensure everyone is contributing to the achievement of goals.

To help participants better understand the practical application of these four principles, the director shared a series of successful cases, showing how different teams used these principles to overcome challenges and achieve goals. In addition, the director encouraged everyone to ask questions and share personal experiences, promoting interactive communication on the spot.
